The opening scene for this film is taken place after the main events of the story, where a man is traveling late at night to what seems to be an office building of his. Once he’s inside, he rides the elevator to reach his office. When he’s in there, he sparks a cig then gives a phone call / recording which is a confession to a murder he’s committed. After this scene, it flashes back to the story proper where everything is supposed to lead up to this moment.
